Richard C. Cook Selected As Keynote Speaker For IRTAs International Convention

The International Reciprocal Trade Association (IRTA) has announced that the renowned monetary-reformist Richard C. Cook will be the keynote speaker at this years convention. IRTAs 32nd Annual International Convention will be held at the spectacular Aventura Spa Palace Resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico, from September 19 thru 21, 2011.

Cook, the author of We Hold These Truths - The Hope of Monetary Reform, will speak on the topic of Humanity vs. Monetary Power: Barter and Other Choices for the 21st Century.

Cook was a policy analyst for the U.S. government from 1970 to 1986, including service with White House Consumer Office and NASA. From 1986 until 2007 he was a Project Manager for the U.S. Treasury Department. In 1990, Cook received the Cavallo Foundation Award for Moral Courage in business and Government for his testimony before the Rogers Commission on the Space Shuttle Challenger disaster of 1986, in which he was instrumental in exposing the real story behind the faulty O-rings that caused the rocket boosters to fail.

Richard C. Cook is one of the many outstanding authors, scholars and barter industry experts that will be speaking at this year at IRTAs annual convention. These are important times for the barter industry and the global economy. Come to the convention to learn, network, increase your trading and make your business better. Space is limited, so early registration is suggested.
