IRTA Modern Trade & Barter Video Now
on UTube
The eight-and-a-half minute video presentation How to profit from
using your excess business capacity was previewed and
enthusiastically received by attendees at the September 2008 IRTA
Barter Congress in Orlando, Florida. It is now available on UTube at
http://video.google.pl/videoplay?docid=749044267549070133&hl=pl.
The video features interviews with actual business owners who
explain how their businesses are profiting through the use of modern
trade and barter along with full details on all phases of the
process.
Considering the worldwide economic crisis, timing could not be
better for the general release of this video which, maps out a plan
of action that will help businesses survive this downturn, stated
IRTA President David Wallach.
Over the years many individual modern trade and barter companies
have produced their own very fine video productions, affirmed IRTA
Executive Director Ron Whitney. This offering represents a shared
effort that will permit the industry, for the first time, to present
a clear unified message.
In 2008 as part of Operation Outreach the IRTA Global Board of
Directors approved and funded the production of a video presentation
in an effort to better educate the Business and Financial
communities about the numerous benefits the industry has to offer.
The Operation Outreach program includes weekly press releases, an
IRTA produced educational video presentation, and curriculum
developed to be presented in business schools, colleges and
universities.
The video production will be presented by IRTA member exchanges to
local business groups, i.e., Rotary Clubs, Chambers of Commerce, and
others. It may also be used by exchanges as a direct sales piece
during one-on-one sale presentations. Worldwide, the production will
be presented by industry leaders to larger business groups and
conventions.
The
International Reciprocal Trade Association, IRTA, is a non-profit
organization committed to promoting just and equitable standards of
practice and operation within the modern trade and barter industry.
